North Seattle Therapy for Adults
We all enter adulthood with a story or a “script” about who we are—and we often feel compelled to follow that script even when it limits who we can become. Part of our script was given to us by our parents, family, and culture at large. Part of it we wrote for ourselves. These stories need not control how we live now.
The therapeutic process helps you make positive life changes by exploring your thought patterns and emotions, dealing with your inner critic, and changing unhealthy behaviors. Our goal in therapy is for you to see lasting growth and change, to become happier and more fulfilled.
